    Gallagher will be performing a certificate renewal for CommandCentre Cloud Services as part of ongoing platform maintenance.

    During this time, the following services may experience a brief interruption (2–3 minutes):

    • Mobile Wallet Service (MWS) – used for provisioning and managing Apple Wallet badges

    • Licensing Service – used for viewing allocations and managing license operations

    Only CommandCentre systems running versions outside the following ranges may experience downtime:

    • vEL9.30.1094 and above

    • vEL9.20.2242 – vEL9.20.3265

    • vEL9.10.3110 – vEL9.10.4135

    All other CommandCentre versions are expected to remain unaffected.

    We have carefully selected this maintenance window to minimise customer impact. All services will automatically recover once the renewal completes.
